Parent/guardian of the student(s) should submit payment, as indicated on the invoice, on or before the due date. Payment can be submitted through Zelle, Venmo, check, or cash. All payments must be submitted in full.
We understand that life could be busy and become forgetful at times. We offer a 3-day grace period if payment is not submitted in full by the due date. A late fee of $20 will be imposed when the grace period expires.
If no payment is received a week after the end of grace period, lessons will be suspended until payment (with late fee) is paid in full. If nonpayment occurs for the second time, parent/guardian is required to pay $200 deposit in addition to the overdue payment. The deposit will be applied to the final month of service (May).
