By accessing and using the Fort Bend Learning Commons ("FBLC") website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

FBLC provides small-group academic tutoring and college consulting services at our Sugar Land, TX location. Session availability, pricing, and schedules are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment is confirmed upon completion of the applicable registration form and receipt of payment. Payment terms, refund policies, and session packages are communicated at the time of enrollment. All payment is handled separately from this website.

Attendance & Cancellations

Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions. If a student cannot attend, families should notify us as early as possible. Specific cancellation and makeup policies are provided at enrollment and may vary by program.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow students. FBLC reserves the right to remove a student from a program if their behavior disrupts the learning environment, with a prorated refund for remaining sessions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Fort Bend Learning Commons and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

FBLC provides tutoring and consulting services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, test scores, or college admissions results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.
